Lifestyle Desk: Acidity problem has become very common now.  The main reason is our food patterns and life style.  Junk food like pizza, pasta and samosa burgers and more spicy and fried food outside are the main reasons.  Apart from this, the habit of staying up late at night and waking up late in the morning also has a bad effect on digestion.

 Acidity problem is also caused due to frequent consumption of tea, coffee.  The habit of lying down immediately on the ground also increases acidity.  People who have a habit of drinking less water also have acidity.  Those suffering from acidity should quit smoking if they have a habit of smoking.  So let's know what are the things which if included in the routine diet (Routine diet) can relieve and get rid of acidity (Health tips).

 1 – Banana
 Banana is the best fruit and natural antacid.  If a banana is taken regularly in breakfast, the problem of acidity gets rid of it.
– Coconut water
 Coconut water is naturally alkaline.  So it helps in reducing acidity naturally.

 Many people have a habit of swallowing something after eating.  If people with acidity problems use jaggery both times in their meals, the chances of getting sccd are reduced.

 It is a tradition to eat fennel after we eat there.  Because it keeps the digestive system clean by keeping away the acidity.  So don't forget to eat fennel after meal.


 6 – White pumpkin juice
 White pumpkins are more common in North India.  Its juice is very beneficial.  If you drink white pitha juice every morning, you will not get acidity.  But those with phlegmatic nature should not drink this juice.  Because the taste of white pumpkin is cool.

7 – Drink more water
 Water is more effective than antacids.  Drinking a glass of water gives relief in 1 minute while antacids have the same effect in 2 hours.
