The goal of the whole education is to provide inclusive and equitable education to all children in the age group of 4 to 18 years. Special attention has been paid to the school library and its effective use for the fulfillment of various objectives of the whole education.
As part of this, the books of National Book Trust (NBT) have been provided for the library of all Government Primary and Higher Primary Schools in the state as per the guidelines of the Central Government from the village allotted by the Central Government last year to enrich the school library. The importance of reading is very important in the overall development of the students.
According to the findings of National Achievement Survey 2, "The students who read the books of the school library, the education level of the students is high." Beginning with reading material, it is important for the students to read library books, reference literature, newspapers, periodicals, literature. Communication of all subjects is possible only if the students have learned compulsory reading skills. Delivery of this target requires planning of co-occurring activity.
In view of the above, all Government Higher Primary (Std. 6 to 8) schools in the State as well as Government Grants. like this . S. a . For students of / Model / Model Day Secondary (Std. 9) and Higher Secondary (Std. 11) schools - to hold 'Book Reader Competition' up to class level of that standard, as well as to the standard class of these schools as part of the competition. • Standard one (1) winner in the state level competition

Incentive prizes for students who have won from school level to state level in the Book Reader Competition
Rs. 100 (school level), Rs. 200 (cluster level), Rs. 300 (Block Level), Rs. 400 (district level) and Rs. Book Fair of 500 (State Level) will be provided.
The standard information of the winning students at each level, which - within two (2) days after the completion of the competition with the signature of the responsible officer / employee of that level - will be collected at the upper level of that level and sent to the District Information Office. - Use the Book Fair coupon given as an incentive prize to the winner - the winner of the coupon will be able to deposit that amount of books from the Book Fair to be held at the district level. - Book Fair to be held at the district level will be informed separately by letter here.
